and Etrade, of course, because of their recent fall from grace

Doesn't their fall from grace impact investors in Etrade stock as opposed to customers? Unless they announce changes in the fee structure or start removing features, it seems they should continue to be a reasonable choice. I don't use Etrade, but their recently added ability for on-line trades in multiple, international exchanges and currencies seems like a plus.
