And for those who need more than a "please trust me", I heard this CCB horror story this weekend: a very good friend of mine got one of these cards, but when she went to cancel it, discovered that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER LISTED ANYWHERE on the statement, or on the back of the card. She ended up having to track down their corporate office through Directory Assistance. It took several such calls, and of course they were all long-distance toll calls.

Not to beat a dead horse, but getting back to an earlier thread, sending a letter takes little time, and only $0.35...
