Also: Here is another mess I have made.

I bought 200 shares of a stock on one day.
The next day I bought 100 shares of the same stock in the morning and another 100 shares in the afternoon.

If I sell any of these shares right now I have a loss. If I sell ALL of the shares, each batch will still have an equal batch that was bought within 30 days before or after.

If I sell ALL of these shares, can I claim the loss?

This is a mess! I am watching my money disappear because of this stupid wash rule. I'm afraid to sell the stuff but it keeps going down and I'd like to unload all of it to save what value is left.

Please, some kind soul, HELP!
