And probably wastes tons of limited energy resources keeping it heated/cooled/lit.The article says that the home will "essentially be built 'into' the mountain." Aren't underground or partly-underground homes actually significantly more effecient? However, with a house that big, the benefit is probably just a drop in the bucket!
