and tasty! That too!...down 40 pounds (actually since last August when Irene hit us) and just taking it slow and enjoying new recipes and trying new veggies like kohlarabi and such... LOL! That doesn't sound slow at all--sounds sensible. Forty lbs in a year is great! While it doesn't guarantee weightloss, eating vegetarian does lend itself to eating healthier foods since you usually have to think about what you're going to consume vs. grabbing whatever is available at McD's or BK, etc.
