In this case call them first. Get a name and have a pen ready. Report the card as stolen and follow that up with the letter. Return receipt and certified of course. Get that card stopped NOW and you won't have to deal with them after the letter. As long as you COVER yourself, then it's their problem.

Call FUSA and see what they say. Don't forget to report back!
