Simplicity at it's finest.If y'all wanna take this one step further, try this; Rub butter all over the outside of the chicken. Then force your fingers under the skin and add more butter. Then rub both the outside and inside of the skin with your choice of rub. Bake that in the same manner, but without the Beer Can. I promise you spectacular results.BillP.S. Then add sumpthin' inside the cavity for even betterer results...Carrot, Celery, Garlic, Onion, etc., whatever...
