Andy, if you want advice from the premium services, it comes at a premium price. But I, too, own this stock and was looking to add more, which I did today. The Caps recs are positive (and free).

While I am not an expert on the company, this sounds like a board coup - newish members putting their buddies on the payroll. The replacements sound fairly qualified and knowledgeable. Perhaps worse news will come out, but this looks like a gift of a half-price sale to me. Nuclear waste will not go away by itself, and ES seems well positioned to deal with it in a profitable manner. I haven't heard anything yet to change that. This is a volatile stock, any hint of bad news and Mr. Market runs scared. I'm being greedy. So far, so good.
