It’s always the Goldman Sachs analyst! August 2009, Goldman placed Garmin on their “sell” list with a price target of $23. Garmin has not closed below $26 since that time!

In the above article Goldman drops their target price from $39 to $34, yet Garmin is trading presently above $42.50, about 16% higher than when Goldman made their downgrade four weeks ago.

Just makes me wonder……………

At any rate, tomorrow Garmin will be part of the S&P 500 which places it amongst some of the most recognized companies in the world and acknowledges Garmin’s ability to sustain long term growth. For those Fools that have been long Garmin, congratulations!
