Another telling is that the monk approached a hotdog vendor and said "make me one with everything." Upon receiving his hotdog he handed the vendor a five dollar bill. The vendor quietly put the money in his pocket, and went back to tidying up his cart.

The monk waited patiently for several minutes, then asked "change?"

The vendor responded "change comes from within."

P.S. It's good to see some rekindled interest in this board. There is another board with a similar title which started out with some substantive posts, and some posters with insight. Lately, however, it has become a forum for endeavors at "cool" that, while sometimes entertaining, afford little challenge or guidance.
