Another way to re-balance that might be even less costly is to not sell anything but allocate new money to the asset classes that are lagging. That way you eliminate half of the transaction costs. That could be especially important if transaction costs are a relatively high percentage of assets. All this assumes that you have no other reason to sell other than that the funds are up 10% - 15%.
