In the process of picking a new bank and one criteria is going with an institution that does not have excessive compensation packages for upper management, traders, etc.

So how to find this information? A general internet search on bank executive compensation has kept me busy for a while but not turned up anything usefull. Next step is to select a few local & national banks that look promising then researching them specifically.

This initial post in this search is just to glean any experience fellow fools may have in their quest for similar information. For my part, I will post periodically as I travel this path.

Thanks!
