Any idea how the proceeds from Graco would be recognized for tax purposes ? would it be a dividend taxed at 15%, not taxed as a return of capital, or other ?

I'm guessing it should not be taxed as a dividend, but I'd hate to buy more (i already owned it when the deal was announced) and then be taxed on the $9+ distribution.
