It seems like OAK's been steadily declining over the past few weeks, even whwen other tech stocks seem to recover (or at least bounce around). I haven't been able to find any news on the company since mid August, and that was pretty much just good news. Revenue was up, margins were up, proft was up, and above estimates. Now we're off over 25% for no ood reason from what I can see. Even their P/E isn't ridiculous for the industry at about 20.

Anyone have any ideas?

Mark

Mark,

I purchased OAK in October because it looked great. So far it has not performed well and I'm anxious to get out. I had a limit order in to sell at $31 (I purchased at about $27) but it missed by arount .25. I believe it will do well in the future and return to the $40 range. I am into cash flow and cannot wait for several months for this to happen. I think the current lack of performance is related to the acquisition of a German company and the large debt associated with it. In the long run this should be good. What are your thoughts on OAK?

Jim
