Any one see any Black Swans coming?

Being a bit of a Science Channel/History Channel freak, I've been semi-fascinated with the whole "end of the Mayan calendar" thing, and all of the various astrological events occurring in this time-frame.

I'm not really sure how the Mayans decided on December 21st 2012 as the end of the next b'ak'tun. But since that day also corresponds to December options expiration, I'm going to close all my open options positions a day or two early, lest the end of the world come prior to the closing bell.
