Any other tips??? I would love to hear them.
If you have B&W ability on your cam, digital or film, it's best to have a Y2 (yellow) filter to assist in the white balance. I've found that your whites are more grey, than white, if the filter is not there.

Now, this really has no bearing on shooting color, then converting... But, I will usually plan to shoot B&W and put the filter on.
