Any recommendations?

We had a discussion about EVOO several years ago here on this Board.

While I know that there are some good EVOO's coming out of California now, I still prefer those that come from the Mediterranean area - preferably Italy, Spain, Greece or Turkey.

I usually buy what is on sale at my local "natural foods" store (used to be a "health food store"). Sometimes it's organic but that's not what I look for.

I look for "first cold pressed" and no ingredients other than "extra virgin olive oil".

Right now I'm using Casa De Oliva's EVOO. It's a product of Turkey and imported by a New Jersey company.

I like it because it's rather fruity and stands up well to whatever I mix it with -- like balsamic vinegar.
