Any words of wisdom good or bad??????????????

We bought our MH in 1995 and have lived in it pretty much full time. We did have a house in NC but we were on the road almost all the time.
Yes, you can do this. First thing you need to do is get a storage place, put all the stuff you think you want to keep and lock it up. Revisit this place every 6 months, or so. You will be ready for a garage sale in a couple years.

Take all the stuff you really want to keep and stash it in a building on your property. Most people I know that full time have a storage place. Afterall, you gotta have your stuff...a shed or something is the perfect answer. You will be amazed at how little you really need to live with.
