Hello,

Not much activity here for a long time. I thought I would see if there is any interest.

I have had XRIT for many years, and I think it is a decent company. The stock performance has been flat for a number of years, but it is still a two bagger for me. I went to the Annual Meeting this year, as I have many other years, and I think the current management/board of directors is really trying hard to grow the company. I have been pleased with what I have seen the last few years. The problem is that there are many specialized niches that the company can address, and where best to put their money.

I have noticed that the stock tends to drift up and down a few dollars over a period of weeks. I have watched this so long that it seems I could make some money with short term trading. They were actually on a bit of a climb, but when they announced they would be moving to a larger headquarters, the stock toook a hit. Probably due to the costs involved with renovating the new facility.

I don't have the fundamental or technical skills to really evaluate the company well. Does anyone have an opinion?

Andy
