Anyone know of a site where I can calculate my 401K with employee match to see how I can maximize for the 15,500 yearly limit?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but it might be that you are confused.

First, $15,500 was the contribution limit for 2008. In 2009, the limit was raised to $16,500 (for those under 50).

Second, this limit is for your contributions only. Employer match money is not counted against this limit. Rather, there is a second, much higher ($49,000 in 2009), limit for all forms of contribution to employer-sponsored retirement plans. Unless your company match and other payments are going to be pushing against this limit, you don't need to worry about it.
