Anyone know what is going on?

I was just discussing this with a friend. I think his observations are pretty astute, and in this case I agree with him.

Excerpt follows:

GENI is held closely by two people, the CEO (El-Batrawi) andanother guy (Khashoggi or something like that) who heads Ultimate Holdings. Together they hold something like 85% of the common stock available. I figure one or both of them is trying to prop up the stock price in an effort to make another run at because the company desperately
needs the cash.

I would love to short this one, but I'm not getting involved as long as there is a concerted effort by someone with far more money than me to hold it up.

If you are really tempted to buy this POS, then I'd suggest looking to sell very quickly. This is a shell game that is only continuing because the insiders keep ponying up the money to keep the stock from falling (look at the price action from April to November of last year.)
