Anyone have any news to report. I'm still fairly new to this stock so I'm trying to find out anything I can. I bought this stock based primarily on review of there finanicals and the consistency of their earnings.

Company's earnings appear stable. Is there any threat of the brokerages and money management firms who use Barra Software to discontinue. Or is Barra's software considered critical.

Thanks,

John

Demand for Barra's risk management solutions remains strong. The company is the unquestioned market leader. This claim was borne out again on March 13, 2001, when the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) chose Barra's TotalRisk System to manage and control firm-wide risk. CalPERS, with $165 BILLION in assets, is the largest U.S. public pension fund.
