Me... let it go, probably 6-7 years ago.

If they don't, then they don't really want to do business other than local.
Less than 5% of my clients are local.

As you've pointed out, anymore most folks have unlimited LD plans on their cell service... and frankly, if someone were of the emotional bent to be concerned about the costs of their phone calls, they wouldn't be much of a match for my services in the first place... so, a minor professional qualifying/deterrent and time defender. (No offense intended, Ianna.)
