I just don't get it. Could somebody explain this to me.

AoL was rumored to bid $1 BILLION for compuserve. I miss
that article, can someone shot me a copy.

Compuserve has 92,600,000 shares outstanding out of
1/5 of H&R Block's holdings. That translate to only
$200 million for these shares. Right ???? Does this mean
the valuation of these shares are at around $2.50.
I am lost???
