Apparently, the new serviceer cannot or will not fix the problem. I suggested just rolling it over into an IRA. They think they can't. Am I missing something?maybe ...rolling it to an IRA is THE answer .. but there *might* be restrictions.generally easiest from the 'other' end.if he's got an account with Fidelity or some other broker, ask THEM to initiate the transfer. good luck
