Are employees considered to be their employer's creditors? I didn't know that.Most people I know (salaried and hourly) are paid in arrears... that is, their employer cuts a check for the week or month or whatever they have already worked. They have "loaned" them their labor, so to speak, and that paycheck is just paying them back... If you are lucky enough to be entirely prepaid for your work then this does not apply to you.
