Are my total contributions (to all 3 plans) limited to $11,000/year or can I contribute $11,000 to each plan?

The law changed in 2002. The amount contributed to a 457 no longer reduces the amount you can contribute to a 401k or a 403b. You can contribute $22,000 this year.
