Are you trying to say that online gaming is legal in the U.S.?It is legal in almost all states (Nevada is one state where it is clearly NOT legal). You are completely off base if you believe otherwise. The US Government has tried to enforce the Wire Act, but the courts have pretty much universally ruled against this.It is not, the only legal online gaming is the intranet in Nevada in the US.Incorrect.I personally think you can use the sites without much legal difficulty, however, some of the credit card companies are not allowing them as a charge. We all know they've been getting around that. How much more research do you want???Well...if you are going to talk about the law, you should start by looking into the case law rather than talk off the top of your head and by the little tidbits of incorrect and/or incomplete information that gets into newspaper and online articles. Since our courts are based on case law precedent, this would be the first place to go. The fact is, internet gambling -- given the current set of laws -- is perfectly legal in most states.Acme
