Arizonacat56 is right, the best way to learn is to go to some of the auctions and to talk with some of the folks there. That is how I started in 1986. I have seen many seminar pitches and even attended one, got in for free cause I am way to cheap to pay for public information, but the folks who actually do it are usually friendly and don't mind sharing some insight. Well, that seems to be changing these days cause of all the extra hype I guess, but still I think there are enough of us out there who beleive there is enoguh of this to go around. BTW arizonacat, I started when I was in Scottsdale. Maricopa is by far one of the absolute best places---and the key is not just the auction but when the books were put out on the counter ~April.
