Seems like a somewhat higher price would be justified. Certainly not selling yet.

I had looked at it $16 when the yield was 6%. I had passed mainly because a noticed capex over the years but the FCF was not increasing as a result. So I was not sure if it was wasteful.

I am considering participating as a merger arb/special situation now. There is a bid on the table. So upside is $22 or if another bid comes in / bid is raised.

Downside should be limited by the dividend yield?

Thoughts?
