Around New Year's, my doctor told me my blood sugar is too high (almost to the prediabetic range but not quite) so I've been cutting way back on my carbs and getting more exercise. I have to get it retested in March and I'm hoping it'll be down then.

I checked some books out from the library and a couple I found helpful are Sugar Busters

and Conquering Diabetes
