As a Canadian, I'm sort of out of touch with the whole thing.

The problem I have is: I don't know which markets are cooling, and which ones are holding. There must be some way I can figure that out without being there - average price of a home in each region over time - but I'm not sure where I can find that info. Any ideas on that?

The media likes to make sweeping statements which is just fine with me since there are people that will overlook the fact that say New York City property values might still well be holding and increasing.
