As an entrepreneur would I open a company in the US under today’s conditions? I have to say, frankly, no. I could get excellent, trained workers who would work hard but the cost of business -- =and the future expected cost of business – says chose elsewhere.Which means your business is not aimed at the US market--so why be here?On the other hand, my business was to be "Made in USA". The VC boys agreed with me--and offered some start-up capital. I said "no" because it was not enough to get past the first year. They knew it and so it ended for them. Someone else came along, liked it, and now makes a variety of products (new US business) "Made in USA".
