As for class-action lawsuits on such stocks, they are even more speculative. Certain firms routinely try to attract angry investors so that they might file such suits. Actually for many, many large Class-Action Lawsuits, if the plantiffs win, the settlement most often includes a Cap on the winning Law Firm's percentage of the settlement. A 20% Cap on total Law Firm Fees is not at all unusual.
