As for my 401k breakdown.

53% is in my company's offshore hedge fund
23% is in Fidelity Balanced
21% is in Fidelity Value
3% is in Fidelity International Growth & Income

These are the available funds:

Fidelity Balanced Fund FBALX

Fidelity Blue Chip Growth FBGRX

I recently changed my splits to 40/20/20/20 in FID Balanced, FID Value, FID International Growth and my company's offshore respectively.
