As I see it, this would really only be possible after the credit cards are paid off (or money is set aside to pay them off) and we are snowballing the car. The balances are too high to pay off the entire thing within the span of a 12 or 15 month 0% offer.

If that particular bank will give you another good BT offer, you could clear off the one card where you already have enough money for it. You just don't want to have multiple promos going one card, just as you shouldn't use a promo card for purchases because "cheap" money gets stuck under "expensive" money.

You said that you would have the money set aside by March to clear off the cards, so you could do it then.

From a strict dollars and cents perspective, you plan to have money ready for your promo payoff at the expiry date, but not a moment sooner. Any extra you have should be snowballed against your cars (rather than sitting in Emigrant for an extra few months). The money you are earning in E-Migrant is less than the interest you are paying on your cars.
