You just don't want to have multiple promos going one card, just as you shouldn't use a promo card for purchases because "cheap" money gets stuck under "expensive" money.You said that you would have the money set aside by March to clear off the cards, so you could do it then. From a strict dollars and cents perspective, you plan to have money ready for your promo payoff at the expiry date, but not a moment sooner. Any extra you have should be snowballed against your cars (rather than sitting in Emigrant for an extra few months). The money you are earning in E-Migrant is less than the interest you are paying on your cars.
