As it appears that HD founders are no longer in control of their own company and that HD is going with other management (SPI), it would behoove Lowes to beware of those wanting to move from that company. I'm sure there were some non-compete/non-disclosure clauses in their employment agreements, which HD would probably file suits on. And if there wasn't, I still wouldn't want the competitors employees working at Lowes/Eagle stores

Lowes, this is a "golden opportunity" to push HD over the edge. Take advantage of it, if you wish to retain your shareholders. Don't blow it!
