Ask them to verify the address. Make them give you the one on file for the cards. Then send a letter to their fraud division stating that you discovered their acounts on your credit reports, the address that the cards and bills go to are not yours. Also, ask that all accounts with your SS# be closed immediately. Notify all three credit bureaus of Fraud and state which cards.
