So a month or so ago when I was sorting and cleaning out. I am across two ATT Univeral cards that we got last summer. The credit lines were just 1600 each.. I thought a little odd.. but I just filed them. So last week I logged on and saw that I had rates of 1.9% on both I requested a larger line..just on one account I wrote your C limit is so far out of balance as compared to our other cards.. ? So today, I get a little letter.. "we regret we cannot increase your credit line.. you have the highest credit line that our policy allows based on the income your reported". What? $1600..when most all of our other cards are at least 10K. Any thoughts?
