Sometime last year, one of my suggestions was Great Northern Iron Ore Properties (GNI). This is
a royalty trust that terminates in 2015. During the course of the discussion the premise
got turned into a steam-roller analogy i.e. harvesting the quarterly distributions is like
grabbing half-dollar coins (high quarterly distributions) ahead of an oncoming steam-roller.
Well, I got done harvesting coins for my units, and have now mostly exited the position.
The producing property is in Minnesota and production is typically lower during Q1's. This
usually impacts the distribution--
