b. I do not have unlimited calling on my cell phone. I don't use it that much, and have a prepaid plan. No point in spending $100 a month on something I never use. It's not about adding unlimited calling to your cell phone for the rest of eternity if you need to make a lot of long distance calls for the next couple months - it's about being willing (and having the money) to get the cell phone coverage you need over the next couple months if you're serious about home shopping in another state. If you really have the money for all the expenses that come with buying a home, than putting extra on a pre-paid card to cover long distance phone calls during the course of home buying shouldn't be a big deal.
