Baby powder or talcum powder works great. It's also a good idea to store your tubes in a sandwich baggie with some powder as well. It keeps the rubber fresh and it helps prevent pinch flats when you install the tube. When the tube sticks to the inside of the tire, the friction can cause a blowout if the tire slips on the rim.
