Hello, where are y'all that have been saying dips in the price are buying opportunities? What did we expect. Management in transition (okay I'm trying to be optimistic), earnings down with warnings that they would be down and ooops there might be an SEC investigation thrown in for measure. Pile on a shareholder lawsuit related to Mexico. Is it a buying opportunity or not?

But let's not narrow our bandwidth to the negatives and
consider the other recent headlines:

**Office Depot Becomes First Retailer to Offer Full Range of Xerox Network Printers

**Novation Signs Agreement with Xerox for Document Systems Software

**Xerox Teams Up with Georgia-Pacific on Paper Deal to Increase Distribution Channels, Expand Market Reach

**Compaq and Xerox Team Up To Bundle Customized Personal Computers and Inkjet Printers

Then there is the Microsoft deal and the Kinkos big order....

So it ain't all bad news --unless you invested a year ago and wanted to use the money for a house down payment : )
