Bank of America sends me email bills after I made a few payments online, but I have not stopped having the bills mailed because I prefer to pay them with checks.

Yesterday I got the email bill - and accidentally deleted it. Hotmail had treated it as spam. It went into the spam folder along with seven or eight messages about - well, the usual rubbish - when I hit the delete button a little too fast.

Just a heads up, in case this is happening to anyone else.

dove,

It really isn't a big deal because you can go on line at Bank of America and see your statement at any time.
