I am new to online banking and have opted for Bankdirect because theirs it the highest interest rate I can find for money market accounts. Their customer service reps are always very nice, but they never seem to get the job done right, forcing me to have to call again and again only to be told that what was supposed to have been done the last time I called did not get done and they will do it this time...I still have not received my welcome kit after four weeks!!! My money was erroneously put into the AA mileage account which carries a much lower interest rate, thankfully this was finally corrected. Based on what seems like minor issues at best to gross incompetence and poor management at worst, I'm tempted to pull out of Bankdirect all together, but will probably stay with them because of the high interest.
