O.K., here is another lost soul. I had PERFECT credit all my life (I'm 29) & never even had a balance on a credit card. About 1 1/2 years ago, I started a business. I used credit cards to finance it, since my interest was so low & it was available to me with no hassle. The business is now doing fairly well; however, I had to pay for EVERYTHING with credit cards for 1 1/2 years & now have approx $80K in debt. I basically have no assets other than the business, and although I would love to continue with it, it is probably never going to even make enough profit for me to live on. I could sell the business, but would probably only get about $20-30K for it, which would barely make a dent. I have looked into so many options, but I am pretty hopeless at this point & have decided I will have to file Ch 7 unless a miracle happens. Any offers of advice? (I don't own a home, either.)
