Based on valuation, I always use the mid-point between the Up-side and downside price. I'm thinking however, about using the daily high/low price rather than the closing to determine buy/sell decisions since I've missed some rather good opportunities to buy or exit many of my positions.

Besides valuation, I exit whenever fundamentals breakdown (BI criteria no longer applies).
