The following link to the BBC website audio/picture file shows the small family restort where my friends stayed when the Tsunami hit. The children's pictures you will see ("Have you seen me?) are our friends' children, Job and Maria. I was just looking at it out of interest in damage in Thailand and seeing their pictures knocked the wind out of me...whenever I see their pictures, I find it difficult to breathe.

On a positive side, my friend's wife, Karin, is finally out of ICU as of yesterday (six weeks in ICU) and in a room with her husband. Now they can grieve together and he can watch over her as she begins the long healing process now that she is off the critical list.

Take care everyone.

Liz
