Being MI is suposed to be "unemotional" investing my response is to buy it on the first Monday of each month regardless. Folio is great for that. Put my order in as soon as the rankngs come out and it gets filled the next window trade. No questions or second guessing about the price or market movement, just get me $10,000 of stock ABC and I'll revisit in next month.

The only time I give a MI pick a second glance is when a merger or takeover bid causes a one time 20% pop that forces a stock onto a momentum screen. The funadamentals of the stock didn't change and there isn't a good reason other that a takeover that put that stock at the top of a screen that uses momentum as a final sort, many time I will consider this a one time fluke, the money has already been made and skip it for a better oppertunity.
