As a result of my faters passing, Myself nd my siblings received equal portions of his IRA as beneficiaries. I have chosen to withdraw 50 percent of my share to pay off debt and to leave the remaining money in a " Beneficiary IRA" titled "John D DEC FBO Joseph". Morgan Stanley Dean Witter has the account at present. My question is this, can this beneficiary IRA be moved to an Online trading service such as Etrade and left as a Beneficiary IRA, to avoid immediate taxes on it, So I can trade stocks through it. I know there are witdrawl amounts etc but my primary concern is if I can move it and still remain tax deferred?
